We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no content from third parties: fonts and images are served from our own server.

To deliver pages, the server necessarily receives technical data with each request — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. Access logs: the website itself keeps none; state whether the hosting set-up stores them, and for how long — or remove this sentence.

If you use the contact form, we process the information you enter: first and last name, organisation, the category you belong to, country, professional email address, phone number and message (both optional), and the type of request. We use it only to answer your request and, where relevant, to discuss a collaboration with you.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Your request is sent to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service operated by Resend, Inc. (United States). Data may therefore be transferred to the United States; this transfer is covered by safeguard: e.g. the provider’s Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses.

To protect the form against abuse, a temporary, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept in the server’s memory for ten minutes. It is never written to disk and cannot be traced back to your address. The content of your message is never written to the server logs.

We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and any resulting collaboration, then for retention period.

Your data is processed by Rubesa Universe and by the service providers who help us run this website: our hosting provider (Hosting provider, country) and our email delivery provider (Resend, Inc., United States). We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

Within the limits of the applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted, or its processing restricted;
• object to the processing, and withdraw your consent at any time;
• receive your data in a commonly used format (data portability).
